Sawdust News July 2023

A Message from Mike

Hello Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky! We are pleased to share that Maplewoodshop has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the IKORCC, (Indiana/Kentucky/Ohio Regional Council of Carpenters)! We look forward to bringing career exploration to middle schoolers and college-credit-bearing, hands-on learning to high school students.

I will be in Indianapolis July 26-28 for meetings with the IKORCC – if you are in Indy or want to learn more, please reach out!

The Orange Pencil Award

Drumroll please… Our July winner of the Orange Pencil Award is a long-time Maplewoodshop partner, the one and only Pinemere Camp! We are grateful for their continued support as they encourage skill-building, new experiences, and - most importantly - fun for all campers.
