Maplewoodshop offers project-based learning that supports SEL development, critical thinking, and early career exploration through hands-on woodworking courses. Our program can be scaled across classroom sizes, age ranges, and ability levels to support ALL of your students.

  • With dozens of units aligned to national standards, you can involve students from 1st through 12th grade.

    Teach math, science, social studies, SEL, and reading with an integrated STEAM curriculum.

    Special education and career technical education programs are also available.

  • Student-friendly workbenches and a curated collection of over 220 hand tools and safety gear are included in a portable, self-contained tool chest.

    Each tool chest can contain tools and workbenches for up to 16 students working at the same time. For smaller classes, fewer sets of workbenches and tools can be chosen. For large classes, multiple tool chests can be added.

  • We help you organize purchasing materials from local suppliers.

    Pallets of wood come pre-prepared for projects.
