Maplewoodshop Partner Perks

Maplewoodshop Partner Perks is our new way to help you bundle, save, and get extra support from us year-round. Our program was designed with you in mind and to help you find a path that works for your students, your schedule, and your budget—so more kids can reap the benefits of hands-on learning. 

Perk 1: Spread the word - renew for less

If Maplewoodshop has made a difference for your students, Partner Perks gives you a simple way to pay it forward and save.

When you refer another school in your district and they sign on with Maplewoodshop, we’ll cover your next annual renewal fee (approx. $1,000 value). Referral applies to the renewal fee only, not consumables, new toolkits, or training.


Perk 2: Pilot before you buy

Curious about Maplewoodshop but not ready for a full rollout? Pilot programs let you bring woodworking into your school on a short-term basis so you can:

  • Test a new elective or enrichment class

  • Build buy-in with administrators and families


Perk 3: Flexible funding that fits your budget

We believe cost shouldn’t be the barrier between your students and hands-on learning. Under Partner Perks, we’ll work with you to design a plan that fits your budget and funding cycle, including:

  • Spreading payments over multiple school years. 

  • Short-term rentals for benches and toolkits

  • Structuring timelines that align with grants and purchasing cycles


Perk 4: Extra resources when you launch something new. 

  • Launching a new program takes effort. Partner Perks helps you start strong.When you start a new Maplewoodshop program before January 31, 2026, you’ll receive either:

    • Pro-rated first year curriclum cost, up to a $3k savings

    • Valid for new or expanding district partnerships that sign a letter of intent or agreement by the deadline.


Perk 5: Spotlight your students and your school

We know incredible things are happening in your classrooms—and Partner Perks gives you a way to share that story. Submit:

  • 2–3 photos of students and their Maplewoodshop projects

  • A short quote from a student or teacher

  • Your school name and city

Selected classrooms may be featured in our newsletter, website, or social media—shining a light on your students and your school community.

Each submission will receive a branded Maplewoodshop shop apron!
